After months of rumours, iQOO launched the iQOO Neo 9 Pro in India at a price starting at Rs35,999. The powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Generation 2 chipset powers the smartphone, and it will compete with the OnePlus 12R and Nothing Phone (2) which are both priced at a similar level.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro comes with a 6.78″ 1.5K AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz rate of refresh and 3,000 nits peak brightness. The smartphone can achieve a 144Hz rate of refresh for some games.
The newest iQOO is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 processor, the same one that was used in last year’s flagships, such as the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, OnePlus 11 and the newly launched OnePlus 12R. Adreno 740 is available for graphics-intensive tasks and gaming. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro has up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage.
Optics-wise, the dual sensor has a 50MP Sony IMX 920 with OIS support and an 8MP lens with ultra wide angle. A 16MP front-facing camera is available for video calls and selfies.
iQOO Neo 9 Pro is equipped with a 5,160 mAh lithium-ion battery that supports 120W PD (faster charging included). The Funtouch OS 14 is based on Android 14 and the company promises 3 years of OS updates as well as 4 years of security patching.

iQOO Neo 9 Pro costs Rs35,999 in the 8GB/256GB variant. It is Rs37,999 in the 8GB/256GB variant. Amazon will begin selling the 256GB versions of the smartpthone on 23 February. The 128GB version will be released on 21 March.
iQOO offers an instant discount on ICICI Bank HDFC Bank Cards of Rs2,000. An additional exchange bonus is available of Rs4,000 on this latest midrange smartphone.
